FLXyoga presents FLXmax’s 8-week program!

This summer, FLXyoga presents FLXmax’s 8-week program designed to help get you into great shape for summer with long lasting habits and advice on creating and maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.


Program Information

FLXyoga- 3X per week: MON/WED 6:30-7:30 am SUN 8:00-9:00 am.
(Including FLXmax- the toughest Flxyoga poses combined in one hour.)

FLXjoga- 30 minute run then 30 minutes of FLXyoga.

Holistic Meal Plan by Registered Holistic Nutritionist Ashleigh Ross

Lifestyle and plan implementation Coaching with myself (4 sessions)
