Supplements at 14 weeks out

Hello! At just under 14 weeks from shoot day here are the supplements being used (the same as off-season besides ALA which was not used at all this off-season)

-Fish oil

-Omega 3.6.9 oil

-Coconut Oil

-A probiotic with live cultures

-Greens supplement

-Glutamine

-BCAAs

-Multi Vitamin for Active Women by Progressive

-Vitamin C

-Calcium/Magnesium

– Vitamin D

-Vitamin E

-B Complex

-ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)

-Adreset by Metagenics (for adrenal and immune system support)

-Certified Organic Green Tea

This won’t change very much as the shoot prep goes on. This time I’m not using a protein powder at all. Last time it was cut out at around 4 weeks out from UFE and was not used very much at all this off-season. I’m gonna go without and see how it goes. I find I feel better and more clear-headed without it and I’ve also heard we’re able to produce and keep more quality muscle when “real” food is used more often. It’s also said to help maintain and achieve leanness since it takes more energy to breakdown whole food over processed. We’ll see!
